Responsibilities

Perform general Service Lane duties, greet guests within 1 minute of their arrival.
Check battery in vehicles, lights, turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and apply protective materials as needed to the vehicle.
Ensure that there are clean rental vehicles if needed.
Transfer vehicles to the correct location to be serviced or stored.
Assure the timely transfer of completed vehicles to the guest as instructed by advisors.
Roll up gates and disengage locks for the opening lot.
Ensure the showroom is ready to receive guests, lights are on, coffee service is available, and keyboards are taken to the lower key boxes.
Set up the service area for the day's business.
Ensure all supplies are out and ready in the driveway to receive guests.
Store all supplies and ensure the driveway is spotless.
Ensure showrooms are ready to receive guests.
Ensure the lower lot is used to maximum efficiency.
Be positive and respectful to everyone.
Greet everyone within five feet.
Help every guest or find someone who can.
Remember to always thank the guest.
Go for Gold (Grand Opening Look, Daily).
Ensure all vehicle doors and windows are locked.
