Requirements

Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Customer service and sales experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and create an outstanding service experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
Recommend maintenance and service solutions that meet customer needs
Communicate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Build lasting customer relationships through trust and exceptional service
Help drive service department performance and customer satisfaction
