Requirements

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales-minded with a focus on delivering value to customers
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a world-class service experience
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately communicate them to technicians
  • Recommend services and maintenance based on vehicle needs
  • Provide estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the repair process
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient service lane operation
