Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Effective customer service skills; and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Organized with attention to detail
• Must have a Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
• Must have a Drivers Abstract in good standing

Responsibilities

• Keeping the service lane (or lanes) of incoming traffic flowing forward so that customers are spared a long wait time to have their vehicle processed.
• Valets are responsible for providing alignment, tire and battery inspections in the service drive utilizing the Hunter Quick Check systems.
• The process is repeated until all cars are parked, utilizing as much lane space as possible, meanwhile keeping the lanes moving.
• Valet can be part of the process of providing shuttle service for customers.
• Valet will retrieve vehicles for customers when ready for pick up
• Included other related duties
