About The Position

Leith Honda, part of the Holman family, is seeking a Service Valet/Lot Attendant to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining the neatness and organization of vehicle inventory, ensuring vehicles are in their proper places, and supporting the Sales or Service departments. The Service Valet will help maintain the condition of all vehicles under the dealership's care and ensure proper traffic flow in the service drive. Holman is a global automotive services organization with a strong emphasis on core values and customer experience, operating in various automotive markets including fleet management, vehicle fabrication, and retail sales.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Current valid driver’s license
Clean driving record, no blemishes

Responsibilities

Meet and Greet clients in the service drive
Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day
Park vehicles after advisor check in
Pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives
Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently
Get vehicles to/from wash as needed
Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction
Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately
Other duties as assigned
