Requirements

  • Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership
  • Possess strong organizational, follow-up, Accurate record keeping

  • Previous car sales experience ideal but not required

  • Monitor service appointments and identify equity opportunities
  • Approach service customers about trade-in and upgrade options
  • Present payment comparisons and upgrade solutions
  • Work closely with Sales and Finance Managers
  • Track performance metrics and hit monthly exchange goals
  • Maintain strong follow-up and CRM documentation
