About The Position

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Spokane is hiring an onsite Automotive Service Technician in Spokane, Washington. The role pays a flat rate of $24–$42 per flagged hour and is eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview; Monday–Friday and Tuesday–Friday options are available. Department hours are 7 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday–Friday and 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Saturday; the department is closed Sunday. The position reports to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Technicians diagnose and repair vehicles to OEM standards, flag hours on customer-pay, warranty, and internal repair orders, complete multi-point inspections and video walkarounds, road-test vehicles, stay current on required OEM and Mopar training, and maintain a clean, organized stall. The dealership describes a consistent workload, a dedicated dispatcher, a well-equipped newer facility with OEM diagnostics and specialty tools, and access to Stellantis and EV certification training. Technicians also work on used-car inventory across a variety of makes and models.

Candidates must have at least three years of professional technician experience, a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and their own tools and toolbox. A high school diploma or equivalent and age 18 or older are required. Mopar or ASE certifications are a plus but are not required.
