About The Position

The Service Technician rigs up, rigs down, and maintains well-site rental equipment and accommodations. The role supports the installation and operation of well-site equipment and housing, coordinates logistics and transportation of company assets, and works with structured crews and site representatives. The technician is expected to help maintain a safe work environment and comply with company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Have a motor vehicle record that meets fleet insurance requirements.
• Be willing and able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
• Be willing to learn introductory carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills.
• Contribute to and remain aware of maintaining a safe work environment.
• Demonstrate customer-service orientation and a goal-oriented, results-driven approach.
• Stallion enforces a drug-free workforce.

Nice To Haves

• General labor or construction background.
• Knowledge of general carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and housing troubleshooting and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Rig up and rig down well-site surface rental equipment and housing quarters.
• Install semi-permanent water and sewer systems.
• Perform minor electrical work related to pumps, vacuums, light plants, generators, and housing.
• Coordinate with company site supervisors, outside vendors, and other company representatives on location organization and planning.
• Participate in and coordinate on-site installation of well-site accommodations and equipment.
• Monitor and coordinate logistics and transportation of company assets.
• Work closely with team members in structured work crews.
• Comply with company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental requirements, including completing daily Job Safety Analysis forms, pre- and post-trip inspection reports, near-miss reports, and hazard reports.
