About The Position

The Service Technician operates a company service truck and travels to various locations to service, pump, and clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks. The position performs portable restroom servicing, delivers customer service at work sites, and supports efficient routing to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• At least two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license, CDL or non-commercial.
• Excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl during work duties.
• Ability to frequently lift or push between 50 and 150 lbs. during the work shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
• Perform all work duties safely in accordance with USS and DOT safety standards to help prevent accidents and injuries.
• Service portable toilets according to the USS 8 point service standard.
• Interact with customers at work sites to ensure services are completed to their standards.
• Adjust or change routes as needed to meet customer needs.
• Provide routing feedback to the Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Coordinator to improve efficiency and customer service.
• Discuss customers’ portable toilet needs and plan strategically to satisfy current and future needs.
