About The Position
FSS Technologies is hiring a Senior Sprinkler/Suppression Technician to handle complex sprinkler-system installations and inspections, diagnose and resolve technical problems, and mentor apprentices and associates. The technician helps ensure that work meets NFPA standards, local codes, and FSS standards. The role involves working with inspectors, general contractors, and customers on project details.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of sprinkler technician experience.
- Proven expertise in system layouts, troubleshooting, and compliance.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Nice To Haves
- NICET Level II or higher.
Responsibilities
- Lead inspections, repairs, and complex installations of sprinkler systems.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes.
- Train and mentor apprentices and associates on technical tasks.
