• Prepare for service calls by ensuring the necessary tools, materials, and knowledge are ready before arriving at job sites.
• Build rapport with customers through professionalism, empathy, and expertise in water treatment solutions.
• Evaluate water quality and equipment functionality, involving customers in the process and providing transparent explanations.
• Identify potential water treatment issues and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs and preferences.
• Explain service findings clearly and concisely, offering options to help customers make informed decisions.
• Maintain and repair water treatment equipment precisely and efficiently.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, leaving them in excellent condition after service.
• Document services performed accurately for customer history and future recommendations.
• Communicate and collaborate with Aquarius support departments.
• Stay current with industry advancements, products, and best practices to improve service delivery.
