About The Position

RideNow Powersports in Weatherford is hiring driven, detail-oriented Service Technicians at all experience levels. Technicians perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft, depending on skill level. They work with an experienced team to deliver efficient, accurate, safe, high-quality work and follow OEM procedures using specialty tools and resources provided by the facility. RideNow offers paid factory training, mentorship from master technicians, and opportunities to advance through training and certifications.

Requirements

• Verifiable powersports technician experience.
• Own a comprehensive set of tools.
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and punctual.
• Pass pre-employment screenings, including a background check, MVR, and drug test.

Nice To Haves

• MMI graduate or equivalent manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Master Certifications or A/B-level certifications encouraged.
