About The Position
Long-Lewis Ford of Cullman is hiring a Service Technician Trainee to join its fast-paced, team-driven dealership. The trainee assists certified technicians, performs basic services, and learns dealership systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures. Requirements
- At least one year of experience in an automotive setting or completion of technical training.
- Willingness to learn in both shop and outdoor environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy tools and parts as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist certified technicians with repairs and maintenance.
- Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Learn dealership systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Remain dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
