About The Position
Long-Lewis Ford of Cullman is hiring a Mobile Service Technician for its growing Mobile Service Division. The technician travels in a company-provided, fully equipped service van to perform dealership-quality repairs at customers’ homes, job sites, and offices. The role offers independent work while remaining connected to the dealership team, with a built-in customer base and access to ongoing Ford and ASE certifications.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a technician.
- ASE certification.
- Solid diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
Nice To Haves
- Dealership or high-volume shop experience is preferred.
- Ford experience is a bonus.
- Ford FSA certification is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive a company-provided mobile service van to customer locations.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly.
- Work independently while staying connected to the dealership team.
- Keep accurate records and maintain high safety and service standards.
