About The Position

Join Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair as a Service Technician and help shape the future of the team. The role involves visiting customers’ homes to service existing customers by maintaining and repairing specialty systems designed and installed by the company. It also includes providing a remarkable customer experience and WOW customer service.

The technician meets existing customers at prescheduled appointments for annual inspections and warranty follow-ups, installs small projects, and performs annual maintenance. The role also involves resolving customer concerns through follow-up and recommending additional products or services that improve the original installation, address potential issues, or help customers protect their investment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to fit and work in a crawl space.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl.
• Strong listening and follow-up skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to travel based on business needs; travel is planned in advance.

Responsibilities
