About The Position

Good Boy Roofing & Siding is hiring a Service Technician / Project Manager to perform exterior repair and service work in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, Pennsylvania. The role combines hands-on repairs to roofing, siding, windows, trim, and capping with managing larger projects from start to closeout. The technician diagnoses leaks, storm damage, and installation issues; recommends repairs; prepares material take-offs; coordinates crews, subcontractors, and deliveries; and keeps clients informed. The position also includes quality inspections, enforcing OSHA and company safety standards, and documenting jobs in JobTread. The company specializes in roofing, siding, windows, and exterior renovations in the greater Philadelphia area and describes itself as an Owens Corning Platinum Contractor.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in exterior remodeling or repair, with project management or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in siding, roofing, and window repairs, including capping.
• Experience completing material take-offs for siding, roofing, and windows.
• Strong client communication skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs independently.
• Ability to work at heights, including on ladders up to 48 feet.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls and repairs on roofing, siding, windows, trim, and capping.
• Diagnose leaks, storm damage, and installation issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Complete material take-offs for siding, roofing, and window projects and repairs.
• Manage projects from start to closeout, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on assigned jobs.
• Conduct quality inspections and enforce OSHA and company safety standards on every job.
• Document jobs in JobTread with notes, photos, and client communications.
