About The Position

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician to maintain a 286-unit residential community. The role handles day-to-day property maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances; responds to service tickets; and helps keep the property in good condition while providing reliable service to residents. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with paid rotating on-call duties. Compensation is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, with additional compensation and benefits described below.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• At least 1 year of related maintenance experience, or equivalent training or education.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC, EPA, or CFC certification.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets.
• Keep the property in good condition.
• Help residents by completing repairs reliably.
• Participate in a paid rotating on-call schedule.
