About The Position

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for a 286-unit residential community. The role handles day-to-day property maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, responds to service tickets, maintains the property, and helps residents resolve maintenance issues. The position includes a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with paid rotating on-call duties. Compensation is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, with additional on-call pay and other compensation and benefits described below.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• At least 1 year of related maintenance experience, or equivalent training or education.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets.
• Keep the property in top shape.
• Help residents get maintenance issues fixed.
