About The Position

The Service Team Member ensures “Best in Class” customer service from start to finish. The role includes greeting and helping customers with their orders, preparing and assembling food items according to company recipes and procedures, processing orders efficiently, suggestive selling, handling payments and cash transactions accurately and professionally, and maintaining cleanliness. Team members collaborate with restaurant colleagues and management to meet operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards. Previous customer service or food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.

• Assist in preparing food items in compliance with company recipes and procedures, including assembling menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa or dressing, and packing condiments.
• Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, accurately, and on time.
• Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Handle payment and cash transactions accurately and professionally.
