About The Position
The Service Team Member ensures “Best in Class” customer service from start to finish. The role involves greeting and helping customers with orders, preparing food, processing orders efficiently, suggestive selling, handling transactions accurately and professionally, and maintaining cleanliness. Team members work collaboratively with restaurant colleagues and management to meet operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards. Food preparation may include assembling menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa or dressing, and packing condiments, following company recipes and procedures. The position offers full-time or part-time hours and a flexible schedule; benefits eligibility depends on average hours worked per week over a 12-month period.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
