About The Position
The Service Team Member ensures “Best in Class” customer service from start to finish. The role includes greeting and helping customers with orders, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, processing orders efficiently, suggestive selling, and handling payments and cash transactions accurately and professionally. Team members work collaboratively with restaurant colleagues and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards. Food preparation may include assembling menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa or dressing, and packing condiments, in compliance with company recipes and procedures. Previous customer service or food service experience is preferred but not required.
