About The Position
Fitzgerald Hyundai Subaru Gaithersburg is hiring Service Valets to support its growing service department. The role assists advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and helps keep the service lane and parking lot clean, organized, and operating smoothly. Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent degree.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Works hard, communicates clearly, and is interested in a career with long-term potential.
Responsibilities
- Move client cars to and from the shop to assist service advisors and technicians.
- Move parking lot blockers and clear the service lane before opening.
- Complete assignments in a timely manner to keep the shop moving.
- Maintain a clean service lane by picking up trash, mopping spills, and emptying trash cans.
- Keep the service parking lot clear and clean; pick up trash and advise management about employees or other unauthorized people who park in service parking.
- Understand and follow applicable state and federal regulations, including those governing hazardous-waste disposal.
