About The Position

Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit, community-based healthcare system serving a 22-county region in North Florida and South Georgia. The system has more than 6,000 colleagues and includes a 772-bed acute care hospital, a psychiatric hospital, specialty care centers, six residency programs, and more than 50 affiliated physician practices.

The Service Support Technician is accountable for customer satisfaction by maintaining a safe, sanitary, neat, and orderly environment. The role maintains housekeeping quality in patient rooms, ancillary areas, offices, departments, public areas, and other facility rooms through daily performance of the 10/Step Cleaning Process. The technician is expected to demonstrate workplace behaviors aligned with TMH’s mission and values.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, background check, reference verification, health assessment, and credential/license verification.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years of prior experience in the health care or hospitality industry preferred.

Responsibilities
