This is an in-person position. Need to answer service calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, create accurate service requests and manage details, assist customers and resolve issues quickly, dispatch and communicate with technicians via dispatching software, manage schedules and updates to keep things running smoothly, act quickly on urgent tasks and troubleshoot as needed, provide clear quotes and prepare invoices with correct pricing, and pitch in wherever needed to keep operations flowing. You’ll never have the same day twice, but here’s what your day will usually include.
