About The Position

The Service Supervisor oversees daily front‑end operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient checkout execution, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role supports Service Operations leadership by supervising front‑end associates, managing customer flow, and maintaining a positive, service‑focused store environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front‑end operations, including registers, self‑checkout, courtesy desk, and customer service activities
  • Lead, coach, and support front‑end associates to meet service, productivity, and performance expectations
  • Manage lane coverage, breaks, and workload distribution to ensure efficient customer flow
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer questions, concerns, and escalations
  • Ensure proper cash handling, register accountability, and compliance with cash control procedures
  • Enforce company policies related to refunds, ID checks, transactions, and loss prevention
  • Support training and onboarding of new front‑end associates
  • Monitor cleanliness, organization, and safety of front‑end work areas
  • Assist with scheduling, daily checklists, reporting, and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Communicate front‑end performance, staffing needs, and operational issues to store leadership
  • Uphold safety standards and participate in store‑wide safety and loss prevention initiatives
