As a Service Supervisor, you will oversee service operations for The Wave, supervising driver performance, training drivers, supporting riders, de-escalating conflicts, and managing incidents. You may also work as an Operator when necessary, setting an example for excellent customer service. This is a full-time, shift-based position requiring approximately 40–45 hours per week (8–9 hour shifts) in-person at the Mobile, AL location. While standard schedules are provided, flexibility is required for occasional evenings, Saturdays, and extended hours as business needs arise.
