About The Position

The Service Supervisor supports front-end operations by helping ensure excellent customer service, efficient checkout processes, and a safe, well‑organized store environment. This role assists with supervising associates, managing front‑end activities, and reinforcing company service standards while supporting store leadership in meeting operational and customer experience goals.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or front‑end experience preferred
  • Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast‑paced environment
  • Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
  • Ability to assist with light lifting as needed
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Support daily front‑end operations including checkout flow, staffing coverage, and customer service
  • Assist with supervising, coaching, and supporting front‑end associates during assigned shifts
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and in line with company standards
  • Help manage register operations, cash handling procedures, and loss prevention practices
  • Maintain front‑end cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
  • Support execution of service programs, promotions, and company initiatives
  • Monitor customer traffic and help adjust staffing or lane coverage as needed
  • Step into leadership responsibilities when Store Leadership or Front‑End Management is unavailable
  • Lead by example to promote a positive, service‑focused work environment
  • Reinforce expectations around customer engagement, accuracy, and productivity
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new front-end associates
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support associate development
  • Follow all company policies related to cash handling, customer service, and safety
  • Ensure front‑end processes meet audit, compliance, and loss prevention standards
  • Support accurate completion of required documentation and reports
