About The Position
Ray Laethem is looking to hire a full time service scheduler. At Ray Laethem dealership we are committed to delivering top tier customer service and automotive expertise. We're currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail oriented Service Scheduler to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Requirements
- Computer Literate to use basic software and scheduling tools
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in an automotive or customer facing roles is a plus
- Familiarity with dealership management systems and DMS systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer all incoming service related phone calls
- Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
- Cash out customers for both sales and service transactions
- Reconcile the daily cash drawer
- File and scan service documents promptly
