The Service Sales & Advisor is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with industry-related customers while actively growing new business. The role combines customer relationship management, technical service estimating, aggressive sales activities, including cold-calling, on-site visits, and cross-department sales collaboration. This position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate estimates, proper work authorizations, compliance with both customers and Company billing requirements, and assistance with collection of timely payments for all services and parts sold.
