About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a Service Representative/Courier to join its team in Roseville, Minnesota. The role is responsible for picking up, transporting, and delivering medical specimens, laboratory supplies, and reports while providing excellent service to clients. The position is based at 354 County Road D West, New Brighton, MN 55112, with coverage needs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong punctuality and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve customer issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous driver or courier experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load all supplies needed for the daily pickups.
• Complete the daily pickup schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver all daily pickups to the branch at the end of the shift.
• Handle specimens and laboratory samples safely and efficiently.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and obey all traffic laws.
• Use a handheld electronic device to manage daily pickups.
• Work with the dispatcher to handle additional pickups as needed.
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as needed.
