About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a Service Representative/Courier to join its team in Roseville, Minnesota. The role is responsible for picking up, transporting, and delivering medical specimens, laboratory supplies, and reports while providing excellent service to clients. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a work location at 354 County Road D West, New Brighton, MN 55112.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be punctual and have strong time-management skills.
• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Be able to solve customer issues.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous driver or courier experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load the supplies needed for daily pickups.
• Complete the daily pickup schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver daily pickups to the branch at the end of the shift.
• Handle specimens and laboratory samples safely and efficiently.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and obey traffic laws.
• Use a handheld electronic device to manage daily pickups.
• Work with the dispatcher regarding additional pickups as needed.
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternate routes, and weather conditions as needed.
