About The Position

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an outgoing and dependable Service Porter to greet customers arriving at the service department and ensure a smooth handoff to a Service Advisor. The role includes moving customer vehicles around the lot and service areas, keeping vehicles clean and free from damage, and assisting with cleaning and custodial duties in the shop and lot. Candidates must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
Install disposable protective coverings, such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats, and tag vehicles brought in for service.
Deliver keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisor after parking vehicles.
Retrieve vehicles for customers at pickup, meet them at the vehicle, and thank them for their business.
Follow safety and security procedures.
Attend required staff meetings, training, and educational classes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Move customer vehicles in and around the lot and service areas while keeping them clean and damage-free.
Assist with cleaning and custodial duties in shop and lot areas.
