About The Position
Victory Automotive Group is seeking an outgoing and dependable Sales Porter to assist the sales department and provide customers with smooth, professional service while they are purchasing a vehicle. The role involves moving customer vehicles around the lot, keeping vehicles clean and free from damage, and helping with cleaning and custodial duties in and around lot areas. The position also includes greeting customers, directing them to the appropriate person or location, handling vehicle keys and repair orders, and retrieving vehicles for customers. Candidates must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, present themselves professionally, communicate effectively, and be able to operate vehicles safely in tight spaces. The job requires working in a non-climate-controlled environment, including summer heat and winter cold, and the ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed. Additional duties may be assigned.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering the service area professionally, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
- Install disposable protective coverings, such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats, and tags in vehicles brought in for service.
- Deliver keys and repair orders to the appropriate Sales staff member after parking vehicles.
- Help maintain a clean and safe service area through general cleaning duties, including trash removal and sweeping.
- Retrieve vehicles for customers, wait with them at the vehicle, and thank customers for their business.
- Follow all safety and security procedures.
- Attend required staff meetings, training, and educational classes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
