Planning, researching, and coordinating project activities to ensure service order and task order objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Review service order quotes or plans to determine project time frame, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allotment. Establish work plans and staffing requirements for each phase of the project and arrange for recruitment and/or assignment of subcontract project personnel. Lead preconstruction and project coordination meetings with end users, FM staff, government staff, and contractors. Develop market research for invitations to bid (ITB) and recommend contract awards. Develop Independent Contractor Estimates (ICE) for comparative analysis of contractor proposals. Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget. Develop and maintain monthly requirements and project status reports. Modify project schedules, plans, and assigned personnel as required. Provide technical advice and resolve issues throughout the project duration. Coordinate with USAF base authorities for permitting and documentation. Provide technical guidance for construction and facilities management activities. Perform quality control inspections. Develop work plans and price estimates for corrective maintenance projects. Supervise completion of necessary documentation and project close-out. Collect and submit subcontractor submittals. Prepare schedules for corrective maintenance subcontractors. Submit subcontractor billing. Ensure employee and contractor compliance with safety regulations. Additional duties as required.
