About The Position
The HVAC Service Manager is responsible for leading and supporting service technicians while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. This role provides technical guidance, coaching, scheduling oversight, and leadership to help achieve company goals.
Requirements
- Residential HVAC and refrigeration experience required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop service technicians
- Provide technical support and training to the team
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and safety discussions
- Work closely with dispatch to ensure proper scheduling based on technician skill level
- Maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers
- Oversee inventory, equipment, and company resources
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Review invoices, reports, and operational documentation
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
