About The Position
St. Charles Nissan Hyundai is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join their team to support their growing business. This role offers an opportunity to work at a thriving business with plenty of traffic and a passion to succeed. The pay plan is not tied to CSI.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Perform follow-up calls.
- Help answer incoming phone calls to the service department.
