About The Position

Requirements

• At least two years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience with Service Titan and Nexstar.
• Customer-focused approach and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues.
• Perform service calls, including repairs, maintenance, and system evaluations.
• Ensure work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Clearly communicate findings and solutions to homeowners.
• Accurately complete service paperwork and documentation.
• Participate in training opportunities to continue developing skills.
