We are now seeking a Service HVAC Field Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising field teams
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage time, and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with both customers and internal leadership teams
• Ability to de-escalate customer concerns and handle conflict professionally
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with the ability to course correct when needed
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using systems/tools in daily operations
• Clean driving record with at least 3+ years of driving experience

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual is a plus
• HVAC experience is a plus; strong leadership and field operations experience will be prioritized
