We are looking for a working HVAC Field Supervisor to lead projects in the Savannah market, support field operations, and relieve project oversight from management. Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience — rooftop units, splits, VRF, and Liebert systems strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a field or facilities capacity
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system commissioning skills
  • Ability to manage technician schedules, support quoting, and coach junior team members
  • EPA Universal Certification required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency with work order systems, CMMS platforms, or similar tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working part-field / part-office and fulfilling administrative responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor field HVAC technicians on commercial jobsites
  • Support quoting, light project coordination, and communication with the office team
  • Troubleshoot and service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF systems, and Liebert units
  • Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are upheld in the field at all times
  • Oversee technician scheduling and work assignments in coordination with dispatch
  • Maintain equipment and materials; monitor tool condition and usage
  • Represent the company professionally in all customer communications and on-site discussions
  • Provide performance feedback; assist in hiring, training, and evaluating field technicians
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive/predictive maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and office staff on project execution
