About The Position

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HVAC experience (service, maintenance, and installation)
  • EPA certification
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example
  • Commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction, and team success
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience (strongly preferred)
  • NATE certification and experience (a plus)
