We are currently seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Install Field Supervisor to lead our installation teams, elevate performance, and help drive continued growth and profitability. Role Overview As the Residential HVAC Install Field Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring installation excellence, team development, customer satisfaction, and departmental profitability. You’ll be the go-to technical and operational leader for our install crews—setting expectations, solving problems, and leading by example.

Requirements

• Licensed and experienced in residential HVAC installation
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in HVAC installs
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about training, mentoring, and building strong teams

Responsibilities

• Review each installation job prior to crews heading out to ensure accuracy and readiness
• Oversee the daily dispatch process, including:
• Assigning installers to jobs
• Ensuring all equipment and materials are properly loaded
• Making sure crews depart on time to arrive at job sites by 7:30–8:00 AM
• Visit job sites during installations to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Troubleshoot technical or logistical issues and resolve them efficiently
• Ensure all jobs are completed on schedule and meet Thermo Direct’s quality standards
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure homeowner satisfaction
• Provide ongoing technical, leadership, and communication training to install teams
• Mentor and develop installers to improve performance, efficiency, and morale
• Represent Thermo Direct professionally, ethically, and honestly at all times

• Salary: $65,000–$85,000 (based on residential HVAC leadership experience)
