About The Position

Seeking a motivated, hardworking Service Foreman to lead a two-person crew and deliver quality solutions to our customers. This role requires strong work ethic, communication, and a commitment to exceeding expectations. The teammate will perform installation, repair and maintenance of various roof systems, work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, oversee a crew, complete reporting documents, and maintain truck and equipment.

Requirements

• English literacy and competence.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience in various systems
• Ability to supervise and motivate crew
• Good listener—to both coworkers and customers
• Possess a valid driver’s license
