Requirements

Typically 2–3+ years in a service management or senior service advisor role in a dealership.
Strong interpersonal and motivational skills to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of automotive service processes, parts, and equipment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Empathy and communication skills to build trust and retain customers.
Valid Driver’s License.
Willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Manage the service drive (service lane) to ensure timely vehicle turnover, proper scheduling, and efficient workflow.
Hire, train, and motivate service staff, including technicians, advisors, and support personnel, to meet business and customer expectations.
Ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain customer satisfaction, and handle customer concerns promptly.
Enforce adherence to government regulations, service standards, and safety protocols.
Liaise between service advisors, technicians, and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
Track service metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and profitability goals.
