About The Position

Howdy Honda is seeking a Service Drive Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for managing the activities of all service-related staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and attainment of Lithia's performance standards. The Service Drive Manager will report to the Service Manager and will be instrumental in achieving the company's mission of 'Growth Powered by People' and 'Earning Customers for Life'.

Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor experience, preferred
  • Current experience leading express service teams
  • Prior experience as an automotive technician a plus
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Service Advisor experience
  • Prior experience as an automotive technician

Responsibilities

  • Managing the activities of all service related staff

  • Schedule and assign daily work objectives for the service consultants
  • Monitor performance and counsel service consultants with behavioral or performance issues
  • Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants
