About The Position
Howdy Honda is seeking a Service Drive Manager to join their team. This position reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for managing service-related staff to ensure exceptional customer service and meet Lithia's performance standards. Howdy Honda is part of the Lithia & Driveway Auto Group, which is dedicated to delivering honest value, earning customers for life, taking personal ownership, improving constantly, and having fun.
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience, preferred
- Current experience leading express service teams
- Prior experience as an automotive technician a plus
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Managing the activities of all service related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and attainment of Lithia's performance standards.
- Schedule and assign daily work objectives for the service consultants.
- Monitor performance and counsel service consultants with behavioral or performance issues.
- Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants.
