About The Position

Lift Inc. is seeking a full-time Service Dispatcher for their Leesport, PA location. This role is crucial for managing service requests, coordinating technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position operates on a consistent daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. As a Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for receiving and processing service requests, efficiently assigning them to the appropriate technicians, and managing schedules to accommodate changing demands. Proactive customer communication regarding maintenance services, timeline updates, and work order tracking are key aspects of this role. Requirements

18+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of customer service experience in an office environment
Ability to work in a team setting or independently
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
