About The Position

Lift Inc. is seeking a full-time Service Dispatcher for its Leesport, PA location. This role is crucial for managing service requests, coordinating technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The dispatcher will be responsible for planning and prioritizing schedules, communicating with customers and technicians, tracking work orders, and monitoring performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The position operates within a consistent daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience in an office environment
• Ability to work in a team setting or independently
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of dispatching experience
• Prior office experience

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests and connect customers with the appropriate technicians.
• Plan and prioritize schedules, adjusting as needed to meet changing demands.
• Proactively coordinate maintenance services with customers.
• Communicate timelines and updates to customers via phone and email.
• Track work orders and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Ensure efficient handling of all jobs.
