Requirements

  • Three or more years coordinating schedules, teams, or field operations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience dispatching for a residential plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage door, restoration, roofing, pest control, or similar home service company.
  • Experience using ServiceTitan.
  • Familiarity with Nexstar Service System principles.
  • Experience coordinating multiple field technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prioritize service calls throughout the day while matching the right technician to the right customer based on skill set, customer needs, and overall opportunity.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to build confidence, set clear expectations, and provide updates throughout the day.
  • Continuously monitor technician progress and make real-time adjustments as schedules evolve, working closely with our Customer Service Representatives, Service Managers, and field technicians to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the schedule, reduce downtime, increase efficiency, and create a better experience for both customers and teammates.
  • Manage scheduling, communication, and daily operations using ServiceTitan and other technology, while following Nexstar dispatch best practices and continuously looking for ways to improve.
