Requirements

18+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of customer service experience in an office environment
Ability to work in a team setting or independently
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of dispatching experience
Prior office experience

Responsibilities

Receive service requests and quickly connect customers with the right technicians.
Plan and prioritize schedules, adjusting throughout the day to meet changing demands.
Proactively reach out to customers to coordinate maintenance services.
Communicate timelines and updates via phone and email.
Track work orders and monitor performance against KPIs, ensuring every job is handled efficiently.
