About The Position

Vixxo is hiring a temporary Service Dispatch Coordinator based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role serves as a key liaison between Vixxo’s clients and internal stakeholders. The coordinator works closely with equipment technicians in the field to coordinate field activities and communicates directly with clients about the status and requirements of requested work.

The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Monday and Tuesday off. The pay rate is $18 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for Saturdays and Sundays.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience with dispatching, customer service, and invoicing.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Technical experience in HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, or coffee equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for equipment technicians and help manage their work schedules, including scheduling service calls and planned maintenance.
• Communicate with technicians by phone and email, and receive and distribute work orders and other documents.
• Manage not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, maintain service level agreements, and communicate escalations to Service Managers to support timely repairs.
• Support timely and accurate billing of technicians’ work, including timesheet entry for costing and payroll.
• Monitor and reconcile technician-related expenses, and conduct system and manual invoice audits.
